I decided to share a few drawings of my favorite Sanrio character from an artist that I had seen on my other social media platforms. I do get a sense of happiness when I see pictures of this character (My Melody) because they are a cute bunny with a pink hat/ears (pink is my favorite color)! Since I have a very small following (3 followers) I was not expecting many interactions to begin with. As of writing this blog, my tweet received no likes and 17 views. I did use some hashtags and tagged the Sanrio franchise itself but I also think timing is everything when it comes to interactions, likes, comments, etc. I think before my next tweet, I will follow more accounts who I have similar interests with and hopefully boost the interactions on my tweets. I also am the type of person who just posts occasionally and just likes or retweets what I see on the timeline so I might have to figure out some sort of tool to increase my engagement on Twitter.
