This week, I posted some more photos on Instagram. About a month ago, I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona for a grad school interview. While I was there, I made sure to capture as many photos as I could so that I could later post them on Instagram. Since then, I shared two posts, each showcasing the photos I had taken. I still had a few photos that I really liked, but I found that they were not as good as the previous photos that I had posted. To work around this, I decided to take an artistic and Instagram-specific approach. I cropped the photos I took in an interesting way, then duplicated them and mirrored them. When placed next to each other on an Instagram post they appear as a continuous photo. I am happy with how these turned out and will probably try this technique again.
